Dot Structures of Molecules/Polyatomic Ions Menu

The Drag and Drop feature of ToolBook 2004 allows you to drag the atoms across the screen and drop them into place in real time DHTML without Toolbook's plug-in (Neuron). If you place an atom in an incorrect place, it will snap back to its original position. This initial position is random each time you start the program, but placed to the left column of the screen.
Alert: You need Java Runtime and some security blockers overridden to get this program to work in DHTML. If you can not get it to run, then download Neuron in the third column and run the file using the Neuron plug-IN

The DHTML Interactive programs will also play on Netscape Browser. You have to click in the fifth column the molecule or polyatomic ion you wish to build.

One atom, usually the central atom, is stationary and all the atoms will build on to this atom.
